Leankboard Bussines Purchase Order Delivery

Imagine that in your business, several purchase orders arrive, that these orders are assigned to several people in your company or business, but that the deliveries are wrong, or poorly stocked or even poorly charged.

A viable solution is to create the culture of using a board where with columns and swim lines we place the orders that are arriving, people take the POs orderly and assign them or a supervisor assigns them, then these people indicate that they stage or procedure is ready by moving the PO Card in leankboard to the next column that corresponds to the next process and so on until the delivery stage.

Due to the agile and Kanboard nature and transparency, everybody knows who have a PO, in which fase it is, and specially supervisors or managers can have an idea of when the PO is ready or if a problem has ocurred with one of them and where the problem could be.
