Basically, change management is supported by a supermodel composed of four submodels, namely:

So these models are mapped on Kanboard cards, in order to have sipormodel visibility.
Now, each swimlane has a model, and it is necessary to properly fill each card with the generalities of each model, the details of the models can be made in separate Kanbanboards and with links on the cards.
